This is a problem as this nonfunctioning app is standing between me and MY MONEY ### 1/5 — Difficult to bank with *2026-02-26* I use several online banking apps and this is the worst by far. It’s difficult to navigate even the simplest of tasks. I am forced to ask customer service how to do menial transactions. I am pulling out my money as soon as I figure out how to do it. And their version of customer service is to send a message and wait a few hours for a response. Really?! Apparently I’m not the only one facing this issue: “Won’t load … Just in the last few months it won’t load. Just to get past the login page takes about 5 mins. Then I can’t see my balance because it ends up timing out before anything will load. I’ve had the same balance for months which is very concerning.” ### 1/5 — App & Website Won’t Load *2025-06-20* I’m a fairly new customer and within the last few weeks of being a customer. I have repeatedly had trouble with logging in the app and their website no matter the device I use. When I called, they tried to act like this must be an isolated incident and when I pointed to all these reviews, saying the same to thing, they acted surprised. Here I am tonight after several hours not able to access my bank. Considering moving my money where I can access it. ### 1/5 — Unusable lately *2024-08-07* The app was been repeatedly crashing and not working. I’ve deleted it and redownloaded it, but nothing seems to be working. Very annoying. ### 2/5 — Won’t load *2025-06-08* I’ve been using this app for a few years now and up till lately, it’s been fine. Just in the last few months it won’t load. Just to get past the login page takes about 5 mins. Then I can’t see my balance because it ends up timing out before anything will load. Something needs to be updated so I can finally see my actual balance. ### 3/5 — Deposits and withdrawals are very slow *2026-01-16* I’m happy with the higher interest rate than most for a high-yield savings account, however the app isn’t as smooth as it could be and the deposits take over a week to go in. I also read that withdrawals can take up to 10 days. It’s not a big deal unless something major happens and I need the money quickly. ### 4/5 — Deposits made more difficult *2022-07-22* New app requires you to swipe away obstructing message then tap to take photo. Old app you just composed the photo and the shutter activated when focused. Two steps backwards. ### 4/5 — No transaction ID displayed! *2022-06-22* When depositing multiple checks, many of the same amount, I need the transaction identifier to match the references in my Quickbooks sales receipts. Now I’ll have to go to the bank website to get that info.
