The homepage jackpot amounts are incorrect. “Something went wrong. Please try again later”. It used to work for a few weeks, then it would have to be deleted and reinstalled. When creating a login it didn’t recognize + as a special character. Finally got that figured out and logged in. Tried to scan a card, aligned the barcode and… nothing! Then tried to input the code manually. It tells me it should be 14 digits and another 4 digits. The barcode is 24 digits, so I press the “i” for help on manual scanning and nothing pops up. I have a ticket that won $4 and the app doesn’t acknowledge it. Then when you look at the scan history it says $0. This app could be costing you money if you’re not careful. It does not scan the bar codes the majority of the time anymore. I did email the lottery, their reply was to off load and then get the app loaded again, but I let them know it did not change the problem when tried. I love being able to scan my tickets, view percentage sold, and spend my points all in one place. ### 5/5 — update *2024-09-27* So I just wanted to report a bug with the Idaho Lottery app go to click on it to open it up and you open it up and it automatically closes on you so hopefully you guys can fix this soon. Thanks so much for your patience. ### 5/5 — Lottery *2022-05-29, version 3.6.0* Awesome app. Let’s you scan your scratchy’s and lottery tickets, like powerball or any other drawings. Found out I won money on a scratchy that I thought it was a loser. After each drawing you just go to your saved powerball tickets for example and will update the amount you won. No more checking numbers it does it all for you, just scan and save. For a free app it is awesome and will make sure you don’t miss anything. ### 3/5 — App not loading *2026-04-11, version 4.4.90* Lately, this App has had a lot of issues with not loading. The scanner worked. ### 3/5 — It’s Better *2021-04-17, version 3.3.4* This is better than the apps they used to have. I have a few I consider “should fixes” and some “efficiency ideas”. Should Fix Have VIP points load more quickly. I check if tickets are processed for VIP, but the points ledger doesn’t load most of the time at first, refreshing a few times and waiting for a minute to load does it sometimes, but sometimes I have to go to the website. Give expiration dates for the promos in app, or at least error with a more pointed reason (I.e. this promotion expired xx/xx. Efficiency Ideas After scanning for points, have it give an option to do the 2nd chance or promotional entries directly from the scan. The Retailers tab should load by GPS. When looking at a ticket, would be nice to click find this ticket near me (but don’t know how feasible here). The VIP Card button should have an x or clear option instead of having to tilt phone to get it to clear). The crossword app should be directly linked to your main app. Fix the Wooh button not doing anything. The “VIP Card” button is overall confusing. Easily confused with “VIP Club” button with the same logo.
