A huge resource with loads of content! If you want to learn how to meditate, whilst also learning how cultivate mindfulness into your life, then this app is by far the best. My fav, and it’s free!

I have tried so many meditation app but this is the best so far. When they said it’s free it is really free unlike so called other meditation app that will charge you after sometime. A lot of choices and methods in meditation with bunch of different topics and teaching/ teacher. I love it. Thank you so much for this app.

Idanim app has the right mix of pranayams and meditations. This app even made someone like me a beginner enjoy and able to do it

Truly an amazing app to help you access meditations but more than anything learn how to meditate yourself. This tool encouraged me to start my own daily practice with its detailed meditation course. Wonderful teachers and beautiful meditations throughout.
