This only reason it deserves two stars is because of the data speed and execution. ### 2/5 — Worst app freezes all the time and not user friendly. *2024-11-27* I do t know why they charge money for a crappy app which freezes all the time and outdated UI. Why don’t you add locate button at trading tab ? ### 3/5 — Great but… *2024-07-22* Overall app is great, just wish I could customize the overview page. I do not need to see the “market” section taking up a third of the page from the top down. When it comes to charts please try to learn something from the Webull app. Thank you ### 4/5 — Great so far *2023-12-29* I have only been using the app for about a month now. I use it to keep track of my positions and sometimes to execute. For that, i have no complaints. But it does seem a bit lacking in polish and user experience considering the subscription fees DAS charges. This app really needs a simple face id unlock option for secure and fast log ins. I am not sure why it doesn’t already have this feature. ### 1/5 — Needs a lot work *2023-10-13, version 2.1.8* This app is even worse than some retail brokers’ trading app. ### 1/5 — Functional, but needs update. *2023-10-07* On your website, you have a picture of an iPad running something that looks like DAS Trader. This app is only meant for iPhones, however. It would be great if I could leave my laptop at home and trade through the iPad. UPDATE: Still no iPad version a year later. There’s also an issue on iOS where when you pull the app up from the background, it takes a long time to update your holdings. It’s often faster to log out completely and log in again. Doesn’t warn if your buying power is exceeded. Very bad app. ### 1/5 — Worst trading app imaginable *2022-10-17, version 2.0.7* Das doesn’t care to fix any of the bugs. Why trade with an app that has bugs and will affect your trading. **Developer response:** We've been working hard to optimize the program and fix bugs. We will solve it for you as soon as possible. ### 1/5 — I can’t even use it *2021-11-23* It wants a “Firm ID” “ Port ID” “Order IP” I don’t work for a firm I’m a day trader, app so t let me set up a user name without all those things I know nothing about **Developer response:** The reason is because we support many brokers, and each broker is assigned a unique FIRM ID so that their users can access their account with them. It would be great if I could leave my laptop at home and trade through the iPad. ### 3/5 — Fix This Problem *2021-05-27* When using Trade Signal, please update app so that there is a sound that comes with each notification when phone is switched off. I already have notifications on and ringer on for all my apps including Das Trader but this app is the only one that somehow does not make any sound when a notification through Trade Signal occurs. I even have notification turned on inside of the Das Trader app. It is crucial that this update is made because a sound will allow me to not have to check my phone constantly. The buy/order section completely disappears sometimes right when I’m trying to place a trade. Also cannot overlay VWAP on the actual chart. App needs a lot of work. The positions screen shows everything in red font even if it’s positive PnL, app has tons of glitches, and overall just a very janky and sloppy feel to it. Really needs a complete overall. The inner plumbing and power of Das is great (desktop version is very good), but this mobile app interface is horrible. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — The Best Trading Platform for Professional Trading tools *2026-05-13* If you want professional trading tools for a non-professional this is the best platform for you to use. I highly recommended It seamless between desktop and iPhone app version. ### 5/5 — Best app for active traders *2023-01-04* This app greatly outperforms the likes of IB, TOS and all other outdated trading firms. I am so much more efficient in trading thanks to the DAS app! ### 5/5 — Love it - bit work on charts *2020-12-11* I have been using it with Centerpoint fir trading & I actually often use it to day trade & scalps. L2 is good, T&S is good.. my one feedback is if they can improve their charts. If you can somehow look at the charts from the Montage view but clearly, the axis being on the right doesn’t let you see what the current price is, which is most important. The only issue I have is that every time you leave the app to have to re log in ( even though it takes a second) you still have to remember. But that is a small issue.
