## What is iDay Deluxe?

USE YOUR IPHONE AS YOUR OWN PERSONAL REMINDER TOOL
iDay Deluxe is the innovative App that will ensure you never again forget a birthday, anniversary, or any other important date.

LIST OF ALL BIRTHDAYS FROM YOUR ADDRESS BOOK 
Each time it’s launched, iDay automatically imports all the birthdays stored in your address book. You can also use iDay to create special manual entries, which means there’s no need to have a separate address book entry for your Aunt Gwen or dog Snoopy, even if you want to be reminded of their birthdays as well.

REMEMBER YOUR FIRST DATE AND ANNIVERSARY
Ensure you’ll always remember the anniversary of your first date with your husband or wife, as well as your wedding anniversary. You can also organize your children’s school holidays and vacation periods, and enter any other special days, including your own personal vacation times – basically any day or period you want to be reminded of.

LOTS OF USEFUL INFORMATION EVERY DAY
iDay’s summary page displays the applicable Zodiac sign for that day, as well as Chinese and American Native Horoscopes, the Celtic Tree Horoscope, and helpful links related to all of these features. You can also view the moon phase for the selected day, as well as the Saint associated with it. In addition, you can obtain facts about the date by following links to Wikipedia, and the daily calendars and “On This Day” sections of the the BBC. Other links provide information on famous people born and historical events that took place on that day. 

SEND BIRTHDAY E-MAILS TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY 
Surprise your friends and family by sending them best wishes for their birthday directly from the App via phone calls, text messages, or a very special e-mail containing personal horoscope and other data, which is automatically composed by the summary page.

Gekauft ist bezahlt. Wenn der Entwickler der Meinung ist, eine bessere Version bereitzustellen, dann soll er die alte eingeschränkte Version so belassen und jedem die Wahl überlassen, ob er die bessere Version mit zusätzlichen Kosten haben will oder nicht. Das Zwangsupdate ist unverschämt! Und ein Stern schon zuviel, für mich war’s das.

I own this app. I bought it. Now I have restricted access due to the greed of the developers. I WILL NOT PAY FOR AN APP THAT I HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR.  Disgusting. The developers do not even have the decency to respond to my previous review. 😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬😡

Ich nutze die App schon seit dem iPhone 3GS 
Sie war sehr lange kostenlos. 
Als Geburtstags App finde ich sie sehr übersichtlich.
Das  die App jetzt bezahlt werden muss, kann ich mit leben. 
Dann sollte die Performance aber auch verbessert und gepflegt werden. 
Nach dem Starten der App dauert es einige Zeit, bis ich meine Geburtstage durch scrollen kann. 
Wirklich schade das man nicht dran arbeitet, 😔
hab sie aber trotzdem wieder für ein Jahr gekauft.

Been with this app for a very long time! But can you please give us an update with a distinct sound alert & a prominent notification alert so that we know there’s a special day on that particular day! I believe this will ensure that we don’t somehow miss these important events. Thanks.

Obwohl ich die App schon einmal gekauft habe, ging nach dem Update nichts mehr und ich musste ein Abo kaufen… ok, sehe ich ein, dass der Entwickler auch leben will… wenn aber dann, die Tagesanzeige (Zahl am Icon) hängt und mir keine neuen Tage angezeigt werden, ist das mehr als unschön und ob nach einer Neuinstallation die Daten noch vollständig sind somit ist auch unklar!

Have happily used the Lite version for years.  Decided to pay for the Deluxe and it is completely useless.  I have cancelled my renewal for the annual fee.  Very, very annoyed.  Should not have upgraded.  Please fix immediately.

Ich habe das Abo schon vor einiger Zeit abgeschlossen. Nach dem letzten Update wird mir nur noch der Test-Modus angezeigt. Auch das „Wiederherstellen“ klappt nicht. Kommen nur Fehlermeldungen.

Diese App war die erste, die ich vor Jahren gekauft habe. Sie erinnert mich rechtzeitig an Jahrestage. Die Optik entspricht nicht mehr so ganz dem aktuellen Design von Apps, aber ich bin es gewöhnt. Mit dem Update auf iOS 18 ist bei mir leider das Widget weggefallen. Vielleicht ein kleiner Tipp an den Entwickler, dort mal auf die aktuelle Widget Programmierung umzustellen. 😉 Wer sich über den (niedrigen) Abo Preis aufregt, versteht nichts vom Aufwand einer App Entwicklung. 🤷‍♂️

I have been using this app a very long time, and don’t do well with major changes, I downloaded the lite version in 2006, and was impressed by it so when I purchased my first iPhone I up graded to the pro version and paid for it, now I find out that I’m down graded to the lite version and need to pay an annual subscription for the pro version.  This is not the first time I’ve been unhappy, last time it was due to everything being in a different language even though the settings said English, I know that was fixed although today I did notice when I went on something the app didn’t like I had a pop up with an explanation that I couldn’t understand due to a foreign language. 
I tried fixing the purchase issue by pressing/touching the fix button on screen but it seems there was an error, please sort this out, after using the app for so long I would hate to have to change to a different one, but if this continues I will because of my dyslexia.
