Understanding the security risks of the apps, I received a video call, I showed my id, my face was in the file from before… all of that to come to another face recognition that takes forever to process… 

I’m 67 and pretty much aware of technology, I just can’t imagine another retiree doing this…

Perhaps user’s input before rolling out could benefit…
