## What is IDB Mobile Banking?

Our bank’s mobile application aims to provide a seamless digital banking experience to our customers. The initial phase of the application includes the following key features and services:

	3.	Account Statement: Generate and download account statements for a selected period.
	4.	Cheque Book Services:

	•	Cancel pending cheque book requests.
	5.	Currency Services:
	•	View up-to-date currency exchange rates.
	•	Use the exchange rate calculator to estimate conversions.
	•	Access saving account interest rates.

	•	Locate nearby ATMs and branches based on the user’s current location.
	7.	Customer Profile Management: View and update customer profile details.
	8.	Loan Inquiry: Check loan details, including balances and repayment schedules.
	9.	Postdated Cheques Inquiry: View details of all postdated cheques issued or received.
	10.	Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ): Access a comprehensive FAQ section to resolve common queries.
	11.	Contact Bank Information: Quick access to the bank’s contact details for support.
	12.	Set Account Nickname: Personalize accounts by setting nicknames for easy reference.
	13.	Transfers:
	•	Transfer funds between the user’s accounts in EGP.
	•	View a history of transfers between accounts.
	•	Access a list of standing instructions for recurring transactions.
