IDB One App is a super app that has been designed with multiple functions. At the time of this writing, the functionalities are still growing. IDB One App is a must have tool for the Support Department and all the IDB's solutions users. It is a very important extension for IDB staff and the users around IDB products. It provides mobility, on the move and two way communications from the system to users via push notification. IDB One provides guest service delivery working together with IDB Property Management System. It also provides system support via chatting based ticketing system.
