## What is IDBI Bank GO Mobile+?

Activation of IDBI Bank Go Mobile+ App couldn’t be easier and takes only a few minutes. Simply download the Application, just like you would have installed any other iPhone App from Apple App Store. You can then instantly activate the Mobile Banking App (one-time activity) and set your personalized MPIN by authenticating your Debit Card or Internet Banking credentials. On successful authentication, you can immediately start transacting on your accounts.

Before activating the Mobile Banking App, please ensure that you have registered for the mobile banking channel. If not, you can do so at the ATM or through your Internet Banking account or by submitting a channel registration form at the nearest Branch.

You can view the account statements on the go at your convenience, even while at work or commuting. Checking the balance in your account, managing and scheduling utility bill payments, adding a top-up in your prepaid mobile phone or DTH account, paying VISA credit card bills, or instantly transferring money from one bank account to another through IMPS is now possible at the click of just a few buttons on your phone.

Banking through the IDBI Bank GO Mobile+ App is not only very simple and convenient but also saves your time or a visit to the Bank. You will also receive an SMS alert whenever a transaction is initiated in your account through any digital banking channel like ATM, Point of Sale (POS), Internet or Mobile Banking.

### 1/5 — Frequent Errors & Poor Banking Experience

The IDBI GO mobile app is extremely disappointing. It frequently throws errors, suffers from repeated server downtime, and often becomes unusable when you need it the most. Basic banking tasks turn into a frustrating experience due to poor reliability and performance.

What makes the experience even worse is the delay in enabling essential services. Even after completing the required formalities, service activation often depends on slow and lethargic branch processing, leaving customers waiting for days without any clear updates.

For a banking app, reliability and timely service are non-negotiable. Unfortunately, IDBI GO falls short on both counts. I hope the bank focuses on improving app stability, reducing downtime, and streamlining branch processes to provide the level of service customers expect.

### 3/5 — Biometric Authentication is not working. Please modify according to iPhone 17 pro floating island

The app has been improved a lot from previous versions and the experience is much better now. Most of the things can be done on the app and reduces the visits at the branch. Just few glitches here n there, but overall good. Please check the interactive icons on the top panel as clicking gets difficult with the floating island. The icons have merged with the time and other icons. Please test it on the iPhone 14 Pro and do the required placement of the icons. TY

### 1/5 — Unable to Re-activate the App from USA

While on travel to USA, surprising when I tried to initiate any transaction like IMPS, NEFT for payment of my insurance premium, the app displays “User is blocked for doing any OTP transactions. Please re-activate the application to enable transaction access.”.
When I am trying to re-activate the application it’s giving me error that “Kindly connect to a Mobile Network for processing activation.”
Please note that, I am able to receive SMS from other banks as well as other SMS & also able to make international calls while I am in USA then why the application is giving me this error.
I contacted my branch, but they are also not able to help me.
Humble request to immediately help me else I will loose my mediclaim insurance which I am opting from so many years.

My email id not showing on account details, but I have get emails from bank,in manage debit card option, card not showing. Please Fix this bugs immediately. After one week i have uninstall the application, if problem persist. Thanks to developers team, now it’s working again .

It is one of the best mobile app in banking. I have used many foreign banks like citi bank, standard chartered and HSBC along with HDFC, ICICI bank and SBI but I find IDBI banks mobile bank is much advanced and easy to navigate. It does give me all at one place. I am keeping my account and have opened whole family’s accounts with IDBI bank . Very good and helpful app.
