## What is IDC Scanner?

IDC Scanner is an internal business tool that helps recruitment teams quickly digitize identity-card information for candidate record management across the company's units.

KEY FEATURES
• Camera card scanning: capture front, back and portrait, with automatic cropping and image optimization.
• Automatic data extraction: full name (Latin & Khmer), date of birth, sex, document number, issue/expiry dates, address.
• Review & edit: inspect every field, confidence warnings, edit and confirm records.
• View original images and export the record as PDF.
• Offline queue: capture without a connection and auto-sync when back online — ideal for field recruitment.
• Multilingual: Vietnamese, Khmer, English.
• Security: internal account sign-in, auto sign-out after 5 minutes of inactivity, encrypted data.

WHO IT'S FOR
This app is for authorized recruitment staff only. A company-provided account is required to sign in and use it.

NOTE
The app needs Camera access to scan cards. All data is used solely for internal recruitment record management, in line with personal-data protection policies.

• The list displays batches (records are no longer displayed in a single flat list).
• Each batch correctly shows the handover date and the number of records.
• Clicking a batch displays only the records for that batch; a "back" button is available.
• Scroll through the list of 241 batches to ensure smooth performance.

Additional checks:
• The login screen displays "Version 1.0.1".
• Capturing ID card images (front/back/portrait) and uploading works correctly.
• The offline queue functions properly.
