The only reason I keep it is to have an easy way to find my IDCEC number…or you can just write it in a notebook. ### 1/5 — Scanner doesn’t work, still. *2025-11-13* Fix the app or just stop doing the QR codes. It doesn’t work and I’ve lost two credits because IIDA relies on the scanner rather than sending a certificate or even a class number like CEU Events uses. ### 1/5 — Fix the scanner! *2025-09-25* The scanner NEVER works! ### 2/5 — Worked well at first… *2025-07-31* The app does not always work well. It was not functioning for quite some time. I cannot look up basic info like my transcript via the app. Please fix the app, especially when groups like IIDA are encouraging us to use your app for reporting purposes. ### 1/5 — Still not working *2023-03-23* Tried to use this app so many times to claim a credit at the end of a course and it NEVER works. Restarting the app or the phone doesn’t help, reinstalling the app doesn’t work. Would something like this be tolerated by architects filing for their CEU credits? Or the engineers? Why do you think this is acceptable for interior designers? Do you think this is acceptable in the 21st century? This is embarrassing for all of us. Either fix it or take it off ### 1/5 — Same issue.
