The app hasn’t even been working since before Christmas and no one can give a reasonable ETA on when it’ll be up and running.

What is the point of having an app if it doesn’t work? I’ve been trying for weeks now to simply reserve books or renew them via the app. For some reason the app could not connect to the catalogue server. Rubbish.

Absolutely loved this app, was changing my experience of the library - then for weeks now the search isn’t working (cannot connect to library catalogue) and I can’t renew books I have out already. I asked at the library if there was a known issue and was told curtly “I don’t know anything about that, I can’t help you”.

The “Sign in” button/icon no longer does anything, so the app is now useless to me.

This app keeps crashing and won’t allow you to reserve books or dvds - why have an app in the first place if it doesn’t work. Useless

Great idea, but the fact you have to register for EVERY service makes it virtually unusable. The odd site allows you to register with your card number but most require you to register from scratch. Would be far better if, once you log in using your card number, you could access ALL the services. Until then this app will probably just be sitting on my phone, in the hope of it improving, before I eventually relegate it to the bin.

It’s easy to use and good for reserving and extending loans. However it will be even better if it allows multiple sign-ins at the same time, i.e. family sign in. It can save the time to switch btw accounts
