Due to the strictness of the app, I’m forced to change the password each time theres an update. The company continues to expand the capabilities of the platform based upon customer feedback. I have image compression setting turned off and they are still blurry. The only help you can get tells you to go through the process of forgetting your password that doesn’t work they email you a code to put in but that don’t work. Hopefully the new owners will sort the many issues in the phone app and online portal, the issue have been getting and that’s probably why the system has been sold as it can’t be fixed!
