If you click on the month tab, it still shows the week you are in. I am in the hole over $5000 for treatment I didn’t receive and now they are ghosting my calls and emails. I cannot stress enough that you should avoid this company. I wish I had done more research before paying for treatment 😥 don’t repeat my mistake. Tried to schedule a touch up but the app doesn’t let me since I’ve “had a removal appt in the last 5 weeks” except that was for a completely different area. The app pretends to understand the difference between scheduling a regular appt vs a touch up but it actually doesn’t know anything. I don’t mind calling and scheduling but don’t advertise your app as an alternative to calling when I’ve not once been able to schedule an appt on it. ### 1/5 — KHB *2023-01-16, version 10.9* This app does not allow me to book an appointment even after I choose the Book Appointment tab ### 1/5 — Scam. Beware. *2023-01-10, version 10.9* I cannot access my account with Ideal Image at all. I get to the 2-Factor Authentication screen where I am asked how I would like to receive a one-time authentication code either by email or text. Neither option works. A red banner pops up saying “An Error Has Occurred [Object Object]”. They ONLY have a phone number for you to call to get help. I called the number and she changed my email address and said it should work now. When I told her it didn’t she told me she couldn’t help me and that she has never had this issue before. And that was it. She said she was sorry and she would make a note of it. Never resolved my issue. I am just supposed to accept I cannot access my account which means I cannot manage my payments or make any appointments. They are refusing to allow me access to my personal information with them that is listed on my account. This place is a SCAM! ### 1/5 — Can’t use without a passcode on your iPhone *2022-12-15* I’m able to successfully login after creating an account, but still, months later, I get an error immediately after logging in that I need to enable a passcode on my phone. Why on earth should ideal image require me to have a passcode on my phone? Very frustrating. Please fix. ### 1/5 — Extremely buggy & mostly unusable *2022-11-10, version 10.9* Whoever developed the app should try to use it and see how bad it is. You can’t even look for an appointment. It just clocks indefinitely and you have to close the app to try something else. Can’t believe they released it like this. Just awful. ### 1/5 — Worst App Ever *2022-11-07* This is such a bad app. I use apps all the time to schedule appointments, order groceries, etc. This app will go in a loop every time you try and book an appointment. I have done so much troubleshooting such as, deleted the app, re-installed the app, logged out and back in. It never once worked. I was never once able to book an appointment. When you call Ideal Image they tell you to download this app to book appointments. Problem is, you can’t. The app is absolutely unusable. This whole company seems sketchy to be honest. They reel you in with „Specials“, you pay, and when you want to schedule an appointment, they have none available! They will put you on a waiting list, refer you to an app that does not work, and tell you that the schedule for the following month is not available so they can’t even schedule you an appointment for a service that you already paid for!!!!, one month out!! So, over all not trustworthy at all which the app just makes clear too. Useless!!! ### 1/5 — Update does not load next month or next week openings *2022-11-03* I loved the old version. Every time I try to go to the next month or week it freezes. I haven’t been able to schedule online or through the App for well over a month due to a “list out of bounds” error. The link to the Store is also frequently down. Members are supposed to receive 15% off skincare products, but I’ve never been able to buy any, simply because the ability to shop online is so frequently broken and unavailable. Why do you have it? ### 1/5 — They will charge you a no-show fee, even if their app messed up *2024-10-17* I’ve made my appointment through the ideal image app and have canceled them on occasion more than 24 hours in advance. The last couple of times I have tried to cancel on the app. It shows me that it was canceled on my end, but the location never received the update from the app so they charged me a no-show fee, even though I’m with their policy. I have asked to be escalated and customer service treats me as a nuisance. It’s very frustrating, especially with the amount of money that I have spent to have the touchup service even after my plans have ended. ### 1/5 — Automatic deletion without letting us know through email or cell phone *2024-10-08, version 10.9* I wasn’t aware of me being deleted from this app didn’t get an email or text message or voicemail. It’s easier to call to make an appt- although recently when I called to book a laser hair removal touch of, I was told by the store manager that I could only book ONE WEEK out, because of a recent change to their policy.
