No matter what combination of male and female parts that I tried it simply wouldn't come together, so when I reviewed it I only gave the product 2 stars. Because I slightly damaged one of the connectors I didn't bother to ask for a refund. Today I received a call from Ideal Worlds customer service apologising for the experience I received, the guy instantly offered me a refund there and then. I was on the phone for less than 60 seconds and was left quite gobsmacked. App links to main site smoothly too, Expensive to run!!! ### 5/5 — Great App *2012-06-02* This is my first ever review of anything not just an app, and I have to say that it works really well. It not only shows you wants on and the items, it lets you know (if you want to know) that a particular show is going to start. So okay you cannot order this way but there is still the website and the telephone, what more do you want? I think the app is wonderful as I have problems with my memory and can sometimes miss a show, with this I have no worries. Bu for the last 2 weeks if I try to watch a past show the video freezes after a few seconds and never restarts. Also I often have to delete and reinstall. Would be five stars from me if they fixed these bugs. Shame that the iPad version has not been updated for 6 months and misses many good new features. I use the iPhone version instead on my iPad ### 4/5 — Create is Great! *2012-09-18* This is a great little app, and after a couple of recent updates the minor niggles I had previously are gone. It's wonderful being able to watch C&C at anytime, and to look at upcoming schedules - you can even set reminders so a little alarm goes off when your show is starting! Only 4 stars as it's a bit of a pain if you decide to actually purchase an item - the app takes you to the Create and Craft website, and if you want to add another item you have to go to-and-fro between the app and the site.
