For years it was everything I needed, I never had to surrender any private information like email or Apple or Google log ins, but with the recent change and now being forced to log in, (just so I can discard a property) is a huge backwards step for me and a big negative for the rating. (Was 5*). The “ONLY” time you need my details is when I finally find that property and need to proceed. VRBO and AirBnB have a method to intervene. Idealista should help to mediate or at least block landlords with many complaints. ### 1/5 — Idealista allowing scam ads *2026-07-09* Enough with allowing companies like spacest.com flooding the platform with fake ads so highly priced with artificial number like 6,139 euros. No one is paying what they are asking and there clearly using the platform for suspicious reasons. Enough Idealista. Time for everyone to find another platform **Developer response:** Hello! Haven’t been able to click on any properties to explore further last two updates. If a user has a profile, would love for it to be shaded out as “seen” like other real estate apps. Especially since it times out. Idealista takes no action when provided with detailed in-app messages as proof of malpractice. Idelista is enabling fraud! They tell you that all communication and payment must be via website, but the website and all email communication are fake .DO NOT PAY ANYTHING VIA IDEALISTA.
