I cannot understand the point of using this app to secure documents.  It takes ages to register and has a terrible interface:

Provides easy access to data rooms for the casual user via a simple interface.  However, no functionality for a data room admin wanting to know which users have been granted access to which data room, who have accessed them and when, and what documents they have accessed.

I’ve been using the Ideals Virtual Data Room app for a while now, and it’s genuinely one of the most reliable tools I’ve come across for secure document sharing and deal management. The interface is clean and intuitive, making it easy to upload, organize, and access files even when working on complex projects.
