## What is Ideas BOOM?

העולם כולו שרוי בעיצומו של משבר וירוס הקורונה. בתקופה קריטית כזו עולים אתגרים שונים ודינמיים בתוך הארגונים.
אחד האתגרים הללו הוא איך לשתף רעיונות בתוך הארגון בצורה יעילה וידידודית למשתמש ואיך מנצלים את "חוכמת ההמונים" הקיימת אצל כל העובדים כדי להתגבר על האתגרים המשתנים?
אפליקציית בום-BOOM באה לענות על אתגרים אלו באמצעות פלטפורמת מובייל, חכמה ויעילה לניהול רעיונות בתוך הארגון.

עובדים בתוך הארגון יכולים להעלות רעיונות (בכתב, ציור, תמונה, קול) ולשתף אותם עם משתתף בודד, מחלקה או כל הארגון. עובדים אחרים יכולים להגיב, לתת פידבק או לדרג את הרעיון.

הרעיונות יכולים להיות חופשיים או קשורים לאתגרים שהציב מנהל בתוך הארגון. האתגרים מופיעים בתוך האפיליקציה. 
מנהל הארגון מקבל גישה לממשק אינטרנטי נוח שם הוא יכול לראות את כל הרעיונות שעלו בתוך הארגון, ולדרג את הרעיונות לפי פרמטרים שונים. כמוכן, הוא יכול להגדיר אתגרים מסויימים להם יתייחסו העובדים.
יש שתי אפשרויות להיכנס לאפליקציה:
1. חשבון דמו: כל אחד יכול לפתוח חשבון כזה ולשמור את הרעיונות שלו, אך לא יוכל לשתף אותם בתוך הארגון שלו כי הדבר מחייב רישום במערכת.
2. חברה רשומה: חברה המעוניינת להיות רשומה במערכת מוזמנת לפנות לכתובת הר"מ. השימוש באפליקציה הינו חינמי.
