Only one user can use this app. Not one at a time, ONE. When you log in, it makes you add the machine. When someone else logs in, it also makes that person add the machine, then it deletes off the machine on the original user who added it first. This is not at all what I expected when I bought this. Looking at the descriptions when i bought it, I was led to believe that multiple people could log in and see that my mom was taking her meds. For the price I paid, I expected this to be much better than this.

Loving this stackable med dispenser for my Mother. We set it up with 4 trays so a month supply. She absolutely loves it. I just wish the app would allow for multiple users so my sister and I can both view & manage. Otherwise it’s perfect for her at this stage in her life. So glad something like this exists!

Setup is easy, when it asks for the code from email when setting up an account there is a send code button to the right of the field that will send the code to the email address you entered earlier in the form. I wish the app would sync the time to the device on opening the app or check with an online network time server, but I suppose it would need to send UTC time and the device would need to know the users time zone but that way it could have the correct time always and automatically adjust for daylight savings time where needed.
