Al realizar la compra envían un correo sin el QR necesario para activar la identificación. Mencionan que entonces se utilice el archivo adjunto, el cual tampoco adjuntan. No hay ningún enlace, correo, chat o formulario de ayuda en ninguna parte de la página Web. Ni lo mencionan en el correo que envían. Es decir, no hay soporte. Apple pide de manera obligatoria que se cumpla con un enlace de soporte y lo que pusieron fue el enlace a la misma página Web de compra.
