Does not work

I just bought the annual membership yet. You cannot get anything to work. It keeps going back to the membership buying page. It will not process past the membership buying page when I tried to go in and get any information. It keeps telling me error error error error anything you try to look at? Literally everything says this page does not exist. I want my money back.
