### 4/5 — Reduced my Feelings of Guilt

*2026-07-12*

As someone who has spent a lot of their life on YouTube, it’s very easy to say I’ll get my task done after just one video and for hours to go by. Identikeys has helped me set my priorities straight and cut back on procrastination, making me feel less guilty of my use of time. Social media will still be there after you’ve gotten what you need to done!

### 5/5 — Bye bye, Facebook. Hello, pushups!

*2026-07-13*

I was sick of opening Facebook with the futile hope of finding something interesting. Now, I have Identikeys prompting me to do pushups before I open Facebook. The result: I do the pushups and that scratches whatever itch I had, so I happily skip Facebook altogether.

### 5/5 — No more doom scrolling

*2026-07-11*

Great app for helping me regulate my phone use while helping me work on things I actually want to do rather than doomscrolling!
