## What is Identity Compound?

Identity Compound is a quiet daily practice: decide who you’re becoming, keep a few small promises, and let the days compound.

THREE ACCOUNTS
Health, Knowledge, Relationships — the three balances a life is built on. Define the person you’re becoming in each, and the person you refuse to become.

SMALL DAILY COMMITMENTS
Each morning, choose a handful of dos and don’ts. Each evening, close the day honestly. Kept promises bend your curve up; broken ones bend it down.

THE 1% CURVE
A day is almost nothing — 1.01 against 0.99. A year of days is everything. The chart draws both futures from your own record: the compounding self and the decaying one. Rest isn’t decay — days with nothing set hold steady.

URGES, SURFED
Hungry at midnight. Coffee after two. The pull to scroll instead of sleep. When an urge arrives, open the app and walk through it — breathe, name the thing, hear from the self you’re building, and choose the smaller, better move.

YOURS ALONE
No onboarding, no feed, no account required. Your journal lives on your phone; sign in with Apple only if you want it backed up and synced. No ads, no analytics, no tracking — ever.

Two selves are patient. Both are compounding. Choose which one gets today.
