First identification, I have been said by the agent it was successful, though I never received the final sms with the link. I re purchased , retried so many times without even reaching an agent. Today I finally talked to an agent, after all verifications, they cut the connections, 3 times in a raw just when I needed to type my code sent by sms. I tried a 4th time, it went through all the process, the agent told me I would receive an sms to finalize…and here I am again. In between, I contacted by email the help center multiple times…I called the hotline, we wait for 20 minutes, once an agent take the call, it cuts the communication. A real nightmare. Does the app has a solution to make it work? I absolutely need that id verification, I can’t travel, I had a heavy back surgery and am not allowed to travel… ### 1/5 — Trabajadores incompetentes *2023-07-14, version 5.8.1* POR FAVOR EVITEN ESTA APP. Primero el proceso se interrumpió porque ningún trabajador se conectó. Después el trabajador no leyó bien mi apellido y canceló el proceso sin siquiera darme oportunidad a explicarle su error. Tras los dos intentos fallidos ya no me dejó intentarlo más y tuve que ir a verificar mi identidad a un local en persona. I’ve been through the process twice and the call keeps cutting out ### 1/5 — Garbage *2021-11-15* The main purpose of this app is to take pictures of identity documents during verification. You'd think somebody would test that it can do that one job. However, the app is not even capable of using the built-in autofocus functionality of the iPhone camera, let alone allows for manually focusing on objects. So when the agent will ask you to scan your ID, you simply won't be able to, because the focus is fixed at a very far distance. The identification will then fail. Misery and sadness. Please don't bother using this app. ### 1/5 — Waste of time. Trash app and service *2021-07-20* Absolutely trash. I call and they only speak German and keep asking me for my passport when I have uploaded it 7 times and I keep calling and they don’t answer anymore. ### 1/5 — Unusable *2020-09-06* This app is the worst thing I have ever downloaded. It’s completely unusable. It continuously crashes and kicks you out of the process.
