The app gets stuck in frequent login loops. PIN process randomly doesn’t work. Things are insanely slow and sluggish. Very sad I paid money for this as one of my worst experiences I’ve had with an app. Canceling on the website doesn’t work and just times out after 5 minutes.

I turned on the VPN and the the screen tries to flip between passcode and app dash board continuously. It’s like a race condition or something triggered. It’s totally broken. Not well tested. App UI sucks, I used Norton in the past and it’s way better. Funny and pathetic part is that app support link in App store is broken too.. Very disappointed.

I’ve never liked the fact that you’re now owned by TransUnion, but I kept using you out of laziness. When I started trying to interact more with your service, I realized just how bad your app and website really are. When I came across a technical issue with your service, your “support” was slow and worthless. I’d been your customer for many years, but no more. You finally drove me to look at alternatives and I’ve now replaced you.

The app is broken, caught in a perpetual loop between facial recognition and PIN screens. It hasn’t worked for ages; I can’t fathom why the money we pay for this service supports a developer who obviously isn’t maintaining the app. I’ve given up all hope this will ever be fixed, and am looking for a different company to protect my identity. After all, if they aren’t paying attention to this, what else are they turning a blind eye to?

Every time I try to open up the app, it asked me for my passcode, which I try to put in. It keeps. It keeps cycling and cycling, and doesn’t let me open. I I will change my review if it gets fixed I’m paying every month.

The app is currently unusable. It repeatedly tries to verify Face ID over and over so that you cannot use the app. Please correct this issue. It has been going on off and on for a while now.
