They refunded me only that amount to try to charge me that same amount again the next day. I’m going to start taking action at this point because Apple has obviously let them on their platform and I’m going to be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. There’s not a single thing this company can say or do to make me think that they’re not nefariously trying to steal money because the business that they’re trying to portray is identity IQ so if anything it seems as if they’re trying to steal identities and then charge you every month when you not one time agreed to any of their subscriptions because also when I called them, they tried to claim that I started a free trial and never canceled it well the thing about that is is under my subscriptions and every last place possible that they could exist. They are not there because I made sure of it Months ago so if you can continue to try to charge me try because I am going to ensure that you are taken care of. ### 1/5 — Scams *2025-01-25, version 1.0.147* I strongly advise against signing up for this organization’s services, as they continuously withdraw money from your account, and cancellation is not an option. Do not use this app unless you want to be charged $30 every month. There is no way to unbind your card. Call them for an explanation and they don’t know why. When I asked for a refund, they said don’t give refunds back. I canceled my membership immediately after getting what I needed for that person and it was a whole process— finding no way to cancel through app or online portal, sending emails to cancel and then getting weird spam calls from them to FINALLY cancel it. And that’s not even mentioning the multiple levels of marketing they try to push on you while CANCELING THE SUBSCRIPTION, incompetent customer service as they had to stop and ask someone else to figure out what to do— my partner had a hell of a time canceling his, y’all charged him for four months of absolutely no service or anything. You say you provide personal security but you didn’t even clock the scam his information was exposed to— it was the social security administration that reached out and told us his information was exposed and being used. If I am paying for something all interfaces should be working completely!
