It focuses on the completion of the 70% component of the 70-20-10 model of development, which is on-the-job learning. And don’t move completed modules somewhere else, it’s Counter-intuitive. Bookmark ability should be provided for specific pages inside modules since all modules contain one or the other interesting pages. Only Bookmarking entire module makes no sense.
