I love this app, and I would be lost without it. But today, while getting my infusion, I opened the app, and entered my 4 digit PIN number, preparing to enter the lot numbers and expiration dates into the Infusion Log. But after I entered my pin, the screen froze. I tried a few more times, on both my iPad and my iPhone, I even did a hard reboot on both devices, and tried again… but the results are the same. This app has always been very reliable, so PLEASE fix it! I don’t ever want to have to go back to a paper log. ### 1/5 — What happened?! *2021-09-14, version 1.3.1* I’ve been using this app for 6 months and suddenly I can’t log in. Also, Ck out Hizentra’s infusion app - in the section for sites & side effects it’s quicker & easier to just check boxes instead of keep adding lines & scrolling for what you need. Then nothing happens, it never proceeds into the app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it to see if it makes a difference. I have the same problem on my iPad and iPhone, both of which are using the most current. iOS version.
