Unfortunately it doesn’t natively work with the files app in ios13 so you have to use their app on your phone. Since their app crashes so often I can’t see buying any more of these things. Not a reliable product ### 1/5 — Worst App Ever!! *2019-09-06, version 1.5.43* Don’t waste your time with this app. I wasted money on a 64G flash drive for my iPhone and all it does when it’s backing up is crashing! No matter how many times I try to back up the app crashes or I get the message BACKUP FAILED. ### 1/5 — Does not read on phone or computer *2019-07-30, version 1.5.43* When I first got the drive, it seemed to work fine. I then tried to backup videos, and it seemed to fail within the app. After it failed, I couldn't read the drive on the computer. Unfortunately I read the reviews about the product!!
