That’s how I lost my 4m gold. If you like ads it is good. ### 1/5 — A Bugged Game and Terrible Customer Service! *2025-07-18, version 1.7.4* About a year ago, I noticed a bug that was causing some of the badges earned in challenges to not be applied to the cannons. These badges make the cannons more powerful, so it is frustrating to have my rewards go to waste. I emailed the app support about this to let them know of the problem, and I never heard anything back, even though I specifically asked them to reply so that I knew I had been heard. The third time I reached out, I threatened to leave a 1-star review unless I heard from them, and then they finally responded to let me know they would be looking into it. Several months later, I came back to the game and saw that the bug had still not been fixed, so I reached out to them again to let them know, and, once again, I never heard back. It’s now been a year since I first noticed the bug, and it still has not been fixed, and app support is still ignoring me! DO NOT PLAY THIS GAME UNLESS THEY DECIDE TO FIX THE BUG! ### 1/5 — Ad Factory *2025-05-30, version 1.7.4* The game is practically unplayable with how many ad pop ups there are. Absolutely insane.
