## What is Idle Deepcore?

Idle Deepcore is a pixel-art idle mining game about digging from the surface all the way down to the planet's molten core — and beyond, into orbit.

Tap to break blocks and collect ore, then buy machines — jackhammers, steam drills, seismic hammers, excavators and more — to mine for you, even while you're away. The deeper you dig, the rarer the ore and the tougher the blocks.

FEATURES
• Tap-to-mine with crunchy pixel-art feedback
• Automate with a roster of upgradeable mining machines
• Smelt raw ore into valuable ingots in your furnaces
• Descend through distinct biomes to ever-deeper layers
• Prestige to reset for permanent power and unlock new systems
• Skill tree, mastery nodes and a research lab to specialize each run
• Build a rocket and mine asteroids out in orbit
• Offline progress — your machines keep mining while the app is closed
• Cloud save via Game Center — back up and restore your progress
• Playable in 29 languages

Optional rewarded ads can double your offline haul — never required to progress.

Dig deeper. Get richer. Idle Deepcore.

### 1/5 — Forced ads

*2026-08-18*

Forced ads on the very first moving upgrade, coupled with $6 to permanently remove ads on a small idle indie game is a terrible first impression… remove the forced ads and I’ll reconsider the rating

### 1/5 — Prestige button doesn’t work

*2026-07-02*

Probably in the works to remove it to make the ad boost button bigger lol

**Developer response:** Fair hit, and thanks for the nudge (we laughed at the boost-button line). This was a real bug on that build, not a monetization choice — the prestige requirement couldn't be met because of a smelting/recipe issue. It's fixed in current versions. Please update and give it another go; we'd love to earn back the star.

### 5/5 — Good game

*2026-06-25*

Living the game so far. My only complaint is that it takes a little too long to prestige the first time.

**Developer response:** Thank you for playing. That's useful feedback — the first prestige should feel reachable, not like a slog. We've been tuning early progression and added a prestige hint/tutorial around that first milestone, and we're still adjusting the curve. If it still feels long on the current version, tell us roughly how many hours it took and we'll factor it in.

### 5/5 — Really fun but…

*2026-06-23*

Loving this game so far, but I’ve never had an idle game overheat my phone to the point of charging being disabled until it cools down. Some optimization is desperately needed.

**Developer response:** Thank you, and this feedback is spot on. Overheating is never acceptable for an idle game. Since that build we've cut a lot of wasteful per-frame work and moved progression to a bounded offline catch-up, so the game does far less while it's open and simply credits your progress when you return — no need to leave the screen running. Please update and let us know if your device runs cooler; we're continuing to optimize.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.5.5 — 2026-08-24

THE FLEET DOES NOT SLEEP
Your rockets keep their loop running while you are away. You come back to a fleet in flight, not a parked one.

YOUR MUSIC KEEPS PLAYING
Switching planets and prestiging no longer pause your background music or video.

More reliable space
Expedition rewards can no longer be swallowed, an orphan base no longer borrows another planet's orbit, shuttle lanes reappear after a seed change, and the launch pad announces which columns a base will accept.

Bases and prestige, straightened out
Base storage now grows with the machines you install, a dome already funded says so, helping your own corporation no longer starts your cooldown, and prestige can no longer run twice at once — which used to cost your relic set.

Smarter automation
Cargo launches can now help whoever needs it without naming a target, the activity label lands on the action that actually fired, and a switch can turn off the tab's animated cables.

### 1.5.0 — 2026-08-20

No more black screen
Closing the shop or the lab no longer strands you on a black screen.

Launches on every planet
Rocket routines now fire on planets you are not looking at, conditions included.

No more lost machines
A base records exactly the machines it seated, so every screen agrees.

Accurate offline research
Offline research is measured exactly, and no longer depends on restarts.

Faster fission furnaces
They now smelt twice as fast as the nanofabricator, as their tier promised.

A fifth cargo pad
The Admiralty stage of your corporation headquarters really opens a fifth pad.

Corporation charter
Your crystal balance is shown before you pledge, and a pledge you cannot afford is refused.

Your crystals, in the shop
The crystal shop shows how many you already hold.

### 1.4.97 — 2026-08-19

CORPORATIONS — TEAM UP AND BRING DOWN THE COLOSSUS

A colossal asteroid has entered the system. Only sonic bombs can crack it: forge them at your factory, launch them by rocket, and chip its mass together with your corporation — every ton counts toward colossus crystal rewards.

Sponsor planets and light the distress beacon
Corporations can now sponsor worlds in need, and a struggling owner can call for help with one tap.

Easier to get around
The MINE screen gains a FORAGE/PLANET tab bar, corporation cards sort by priority, and three short tutorials walk you through joining, fighting the colossus and claiming your share.

Plus many stability fixes.

### 1.4.82 — 2026-08-15

Core Anomalies event fixes:
- Critical-depth crossings are now always detected — your anomalies register correctly and campaigns can open.
- Another planet's report no longer hides your OPEN CAMPAIGN button.
- The expired-campaign report names the right planet and tells the truth.
- New: helpers get a "planet saved" reward notification with their crystals.
Thanks for playing the event!

### 1.4.77 — 2026-08-12

CORE ANOMALIES — THE EVENT BEGINS

Deep beneath your planets, the cores are turning unstable. Every world that crosses its critical depth is on the clock: raise a stabilization campaign, build the containment dome, and hold your planet together.

You will not save them alone. Neighbouring miners can answer your distress contracts, ship components across the void, and earn quantum crystals for every world they help pull back from the brink.

Your account is now automatic
Every player gets a community account tied to their cloud save — the event and its 20-crystal welcome bonus activate on their own, no sign-in needed.

Plus many stability and comfort improvements.
