I redownloaded it and wanted to start the game again from the beginning, but unlike the other games they made, this one doesn’t have a reset option. And the reason this is funny is because it’s true. Our leaders create demand for things we don’t need. They tell us the other guy over there is dangerous because he looks different. Our leaders attack other people and when those people react, we’re told that they hate us and want us to die. At the end of the day, everyone was doing fine but then a few people decided they need more power, more wealth, more, more, like some kind of mental illness. So they started getting more by any means, and each time people start to be filled with unrest, they figure out some new way to placate or distract us. So the game is cute. The poor steward is trying to bring sanity back at every turn, but it doesn’t take long to see this cute little pixelated king is power mad and full of greed. It’s a good game. That said it gets quite grindy. ### 5/5 — love it only one very small issue *2019-01-27, version 1.18* i love the game its a nice addition to the idle game genre the only issue ive found which isnt at all game breaking is the multiplier for upgrading is broken or at least in a way the multiplier for upgrading will go by what multiple youve chosen but it doesnt change the price to match the multiple which basically makes the multiplier either 1x or Max the 5x,10x, and 25x are irrelevant OTHERWISE love the game and its nice humor ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Bug prevents any progress *2019-11-02* I cant claim the weavers house. Stock at the mine. Restarting the app didn’t help ### 1/5 — Bruh. *2019-06-20, version 1.19* When I set the upgrade level to 10, I don’t know if it’s actually going to +10 or +max because I don’t have enough coins. This can be fixed by showing the price that you can buy however many levels of upgrades. Please fix. Many buttons are off screen and anything on the top of the screen is pointless it’s just numbers with no information. Until... *2017-10-26, version 1.15* I loved this game when I first played it. I was on the app for a solid hour and got pretty far. But after I exited out and opened it back up again, all of my progress was gone! I’m not sure if I did something wrong or what but I’m very upset that I have lost all of my progress. ### 2/5 — Lousy Developing *2023-06-08* Florax’s Probe stops you from getting villager bonus from Census. Florax’s Probe allows you to have your villagers start at level 5 but because of this Census doesn’t count the other 4 levels he only counts the levels that you manually upgrade. This is a ridiculous issue. Having Florax’s Probe is helpful when progressing through the game however I would rather have the villager bonus because it’s better than Florax’s Probe. I have deleted the game for this reason. ### 2/5 — Battery drainer *2019-09-12, version 1.19* This is a great game that I loved playing even with the monotonous restarts. I've just noticed, however, it absolutely kills the battery. My phone was plugged in with an 87% charge and rising. I played for 5 minutes and got a low battery warning. My charge had plummeted to 19% in 5 minutes. I use a turbo charger and am able to play much higher gig games for hours while plugged in. I can't continue playing this enjoyable game because of the unreasonable amount of juice it drinks. Fix that and I'll be back with a 5 star rating. ### 2/5 — Full screen video ads stop gameplay *2017-09-15, version 1.11* Would you like to watch an ad? No. How about now? No. Would you like to watch an ad now? No. How about now? No! Most games have a non-interrupting icon to watch optional video ads. This stupid game prompts, full screen, multiple times a minute. If you hate restarting then don’t get it, but restarting doesn’t leave you empty handed, you can get earn points that you spend on bonuses that help in the next run. ### 5/5 — It’s fun but... *2023-07-04* Fun game but I wish you could use gems like in Idle apocalypse for skins and such. I know they need to make money but also you can buy gems. So it’s really not a lose for the developers. It’s their choice however. The benefit is it makes them look good and make more money over time. Good representation of a company increases people’s likelihood to buy whatever a company or developers sells. English isn’t my first language, hopefully I did good for being Lithuanian. they should also advertise the game on tv and make it interesting more. That’d make them loads of cash if people are interested in buying/ getting the game and buying stuff. A few things one the unrest bar rises too quick because I get to old town and then during a battle I have no more options to keep going an I have to flee and it happens way too fast. Next up the tournaments is it just me or are they really hard. What makes it hard is that the other ones other than you still rise. To fix this please make it so it doesn’t rise anymore. Third the bribing is a little too expensive. Especially considering that some building or prisoners give you too much unrest for that stage of the game. Take wiggles for example he/she will give you 500unrest. Other than that this game is amazing I just wish there were more games like this out there. Please fix these for me and this game would be perfect.
