I tried buying one of the diamond packs which, by the way, actually charges more out of your account than the price it shows in the game, and it didn't even work. Well, it worked in the sense that the purchase was successful in taking the money out of my account, i just wasn't provided with any diamonds. Absolute ripoff. Also, the events are rigged because it makes you endure 60 second long ads on the prize wheel only for it to be rigged to just land on 20 and 30 minute time skips for the event. The game is also extremely slow paced, so i hope you're patient because it takes days of grinding to rebirth, which escalates to months as you progress further through the game. Seriously with how unnecessarily slow paced the game is you'd think you're playing one of Sid Meier's Civilisation games, but of course with not nearly as much detail and complexity. And of course, most recently, the game logged me out and reset all my data, and now im unable to sign back in with my original gamecenter account, So yeah, absolutely horrendous piece of garbage of a game. And also, many of the dinosaurs are scientifically inaccurate, along with like 2/3 of the total creatures in the game. ### 1/5 — Bad customer support *2025-09-07, version 2.0.0* Recently I was playing and then the next day I went to play all my progress was gone. I contacted customer support and they wouldn’t help at all. I was all the way up to the Bronze Age and my tree had almost all red crystals and I’m never going to get it back. I’ve been playing this game since it came out. I don’t recommend playing this game at all.
