I really do love this game, however it’s getting to the point where it takes me a couple days to level up because there is not enough high reward items to increase your income bonus. If it was easier to increase income bonus the game would be much better. I play it for quick leveling up, it’s nice. But it’s lowkey pissing me off now lol

Most ads are longggg and tedious. There are a few that doesn’t even let you close it when the counter is done. Comes out like another 30 seconds later which is pretty sad. The game overall is fun. Just the ads are horrendous

I’ve noticed that when they have the two day special levels, once you close the game then open it up again, they disappear and you can’t play it again. Other than that, I haven’t had any issues so far.

O jogo é bom mas não consigo entrar nele ! Quando entro fala pra atualizar e me manda direto pra Apple play , só que não tem atualização a ser feita !! E isso tá me impedindo de entrar no jogo

Really enjoy this game for the most part and play it every day. That being said I hate the new card collecting system. The players now get a LOT fewer rewards both in their guild leveling, and events. We used to get more diamonds to spend on upgrades we actually want. Now we collect cards to get pretty lame prizes and maybe eventually some diamonds. I don’t really like when games introduce new things that decrease value for the players. I don’t care at all about this card collector thing and I wish they’d get rid of it. I’m sure they thought it would encourage us to spend more money on diamonds but instead it’s encouraging me to look for a different game. I do spend a little money on this game now but probably won’t in the future. It’s hard enough to progress and upgrade equipment already.

I love this game, I am highly addicted to this game i play this game whenever i have free time. however, when I opened the app after not playing for a couple of hours I realized I had lost 400+ diamonds and my eggs and everything else i had and was pushed back multiple levels. i’m genuinely so upset because i spent so much time on this game and now for some reason all my progress is lost. i’m very confused i wish i had my diamonds and pets back.

I don’t think I ever said this about any app before. Mostly I talk about how bad ads are. But this app is extremely boring. Cause it plays itself. I’m only there to tap an upgrade button. There’s no fun here. Basically I don’t even play the game cause it plays itself. It’s boring. If I could I’d give it a half star. You need to come up with something that brings the player into the game. Let the player play the game. This is good if you just want to sit on your butt stare at the game while drool slides out the side of your mouth.

Mobile games should be outlawed at this point for how they are maliciously designed to take advantage of player psychology. 

This is a time-wasting simulator designed to interrupt flow states (the “zone” you enter when you play an actual fun game)

They do this because they know that people with obsessive, addictive tendencies will pull out their wallets to get back to the flow state the game is designed to interrupt. 

Avoid evil game publishers like this. They hate you and your children and will abuse both for a few extra cents in ad revenue. 

We hope all you publishers burn in hell where you belong. 

Don’t even play this if they offer to pay you. No one on this planet will ever pay you to do something YOU enjoy. Dont be a sucker.

This game could have been enjoyable, but it’s completely ruined by endless glitches. It constantly freezes, wiping out items and levels that are never returned. One of the funniest (and most ridiculous) things is that support actually asks for screenshots from before the glitch happened—because of course every player is supposed to take a screenshot every single time they earn an item, level up, or win a handful of gems. Support may reply quickly, but in over four months they haven’t fixed a single issue. Their promises mean nothing—nothing ever gets resolved. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this game.

I love this game! Like seriously unironically love this game. That being said I’ve played for a long time now and I’m curious if you could implement a buy all button. It’s really not that big of a deal but I’ve sunk money into this game and would love to enjoy a little bit more.

I loveeee this game and spend a lot of time on it! I’ve had a lot of fun so far. I do have a question about the restaurants when it’s event time…is there a way we could continue regular gameplay after we finish events? I completed the Autumn event and want to return to the regular game play but don’t know if there’s an option for that. Is there a way to go back to my other restaurants or do I have to wait until the event is over? This game is awesome!

Money was taken from me but I wasn't credited the gems I purchased. I bought the "limited time bulk package" for x500 gems @$4.99. The money was shown to be taken from my Apple account but they were not credited to me. I tried "restore purchase" 3 to 4 times and still nothing. I then tried the help center where you're presented with two options to choose from, but also a search bar that says "describe your problem" - so I type "purchase" then "gems" and NOTHING. I was constantly shown a screen that says "No FAQs found" but also "Need more help?" and "contact us". Once pressing this you're then taken to a "customer service" screen where I assume you're supposed to receive help. Just like previously I explained that I had not been credited my gems and NO RESPONSE! So buyers beware!!!! Be careful when purchasing things, money can be taken from you and it seems there is nothing to be done about it! Nor any avenues for real help with the game.
