Or is it broken? *2024-04-23* I believe that the development of this game is unfinished. The graphichics of this game seem to have no issue, however there game appears to be unfinished. I was able to raise the speed level to 50, the maximum. — at this point nothing occurred. I was able to raise the speed to level 50, the maximum level, nothing occurred. Thirdly I was able to raise the facility level to level 10, and nothing occurred.
