My rooms have thankfully all kept their upgrades but now I don’t even want to play after losing so much progress. I decided to redownload the app and play it again, but there’s no option to restore purchases. Then the store is asking me to buy gems and employees. Is this a joke? No way do get in touch with any support. Don’t waste your time or money on this. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t save your progress and has taken away my in app purchase after an update *2025-09-19, version 1.6.0* It’s a good game to play but there is no sign in option - so when they do an update you lose everything, including the £14.99 I’ve already paid to remove ads. Twice I’ve gotten really far and the second time I was just about to reach the final hotel and it erased all my progress, taking me back to the very start. Shame you can’t sign in with your Apple ID or something so when it’s updated you don’t lose everything. Have requested a refund for the £14.99.
