### 2/5 — Bug pls fix can’t progress!!!

I’m on first funeral home and can’t progress in the game, as I can’t upgrade the toilets. I’ve upgraded all the items to upgrade the room to level 3 and it won’t let me. It let me upgrade it twice, but I need to upgrade it again to progress to the next stage in game. Please fix as I’ve payed real money for no ads and I can’t progress without you fixing this issue.

You literally cannot win or go far in the game without paying to win. I thought this was going to be a classic inc game, but no, you have to constantly buy something in order to move forward in the game. Every thing you do you have to pay for it.

This game has so much potential and is fun but there are just too many glitches. The map feature that is supposed to take me to the Miami map will only load to 20%. I have tried doing a hard close and have maxed out the first map but cannot progress to Miami.

I spent actual money on this game and I’m upset because I reached out to the app support like they said. When I told them that the bugs were hindering the ability to move along in the game I got told they would look into it for the next update and closed the case. Haven’t heard anything else and haven’t seen an update.

The “assistant” will prompt me to do something and it freezes and glitches out the game. I have delete it off my phone and reinstall :( I would love to play more. It is defeating once it starts glitching out again.

I had almost 100% completed the first area on the map. The map freezes, I deleted the map and was trying to start over, the game doesn’t have a feature to restore purchases. Disappointing and I will be sure to avoid games by this developer. 😕

It’s hard to play a game where vital functions in the game like your cremation and freezing bodies becomes unavailable to use.  When they stops working, you can’t complete daily goal, you can’t get upgrade cards, etc 

And speaking of upgrade cards… the RNG is so broken.  You can’t get enough of the guy who runs the hearses in a reasonable fashion.  So you can’t upgrade the section, and have real trouble advancing.

The other is several are missing all the VIP and two others.  This game is far from complete and you shouldn’t be monetizing it until it’s actually complete and working.

You can’t get the last upgrade you need for the level 2 embalming room because it causes the game to freeze and every time you close the game, which is the only way to get the game to unfreeze it could potentially cause the other glitch of if you close the game without having the cremation or freezing fulfilling an order then you’ll never be able to fulfill an order again. I already had to completely restart my game because of the glitch, game is an okay time waster, but the glitches ruin it

If you make an in app purchase, play for a bit and then close the app it will reset the game to before you made the purchase. So you’ll lose the thing you purchased and can’t get it refunded.

Paid for the no ads and had to delete app when I changed phones. Reinstalled it hoping I would be able to restore my purchase. Cant find any options to do so. Not paying $14.99 twice.

Have same issue, first parlour, got stuck trying to upgrade toilets, couldn't do anything. When i got to second parlour was able go back to first and finally upgrade toilets.  But now cant upgrade the room where they hold the services, just gets stuck. This has now stopped me getting any bodies for cremation on either parlour, which means i cant advance game as need them to hit next target.  Good game but needs fixes.

I like the game but it keeps freezing right after the woman says "you need to upgrade this area!" And then she zooms to it and you can't press anything. I had to delete the game since I couldn't get out of that. Please fix bugs

Nice game but now I can’t upgrade room without the game freezing and is stopping me from playing the game as I have all rooms to the point they all need an upgrade to level up so now I can’t do any and unfortunately I paid for a few items with this game and it’s now unplayable. I tried contacting the email address I found In the other developer responses but it says not a valid email address.

The game play was very fun at the beginning. I opted to pay for some game functions to speed up my research and building capability. Within a day or two all the research was complete and the main focus was on advancing to the next level and finishing up upgrades. At this point I can’t even play the game anymore because the game freezes wanting me to upgrade the parking lot. Even the cremation and cryogenic function aren’t even working anymore. I contacted the game support and the next morning they informed me they closed my ticket without any resolution to my problem. Don’t waste your time and especially not your money.

This is a good game but it has a few bugs when you try and upgrade it just sits on a screen where you can’t do anything else and an arrow bouncing up and down and can’t click anything this needs to be fixed

Fun game with lots of things to do. When I did encounter a glitch (like others have mentioned) I reached out to support and they were very responsive and my game is back up and running. 

PSA- Instead of just complaining, reach out to the support team who CAN and WILL help you.

I’ve made it to the Miami location. I’m unable to upgrade the Farewell Room and Visitor parking to Level 2. Every time I upgrade the last item in each room, the app freezes. I was able to upgrade other rooms to Level 2 with no issue. Other than this issue (now making it difficult to proceed in the game), the game is great! Update: issue resolved itself. Appreciate the quick email response!

The developer keeps saying don’t hesitate to contact bla bla bla. Sounds like everyone is have the same problem with it freeze when time to upgrade. Maybe instead of saying contact them they should just fix the problem.

I love this concept and love just watching the characters run around. There are quite a few glitches but it’s a new game so to be expected. However nowhere to contact support to tell the glitches too so I guess I’ll do it here. I cannot cremate anymore, it doesn’t give a timer or options. It makes completing the task “open a box” super frustrating because I either need to watch 3 ads for 2x income, or wait 2+ hours to watch an ad for a box from the shop. Sure I can use gems but it’s the principle I think. Also if you upgrade ahead of when the task says to do so (like upgrade one room from level 1 to level 2 so you can unlock more items), it doesn’t automatically complete like if you were just upgrading items ahead of tasks. Also a few tutorial glitches where it’s improper text, and I had to force quit because in the medieval event when I started the graves would clear within 10 seconds and the Gardner wouldn’t plant flowers. Went back to main game and it got stuck on upgrading the toilet room and I needed to force quit because I couldn’t click on anything else. Still overall a great concept for a game and I can’t wait to see additional content! Please fix these glitches!
