I just wish that you would do away with the ads and just call it a game. I wish there was a way to contact ap support but it seems they only answer reviews (sometime). It really bothers me that the reason I downloaded this ap was an ad saying it wasn’t another scam or fake ap! ### 1/5 — Idle sawmill *2020-03-25* So this game isn’t working for me. I have downloaded it 5 times and all I can do it tap the tree cutter. I can upgrade or anything. What’s going on. The money icons disappear so you can’t progress through the game. Shame as it did look good. If fixed then I will up the star rating. As well as the developers! *2020-03-25* I first downloaded this game and could not get past the beginning of the tutorial. I contacted the developers about it and they said that it was an issue with the iphone x and up. They also said that they were working on a fix and thank you for letting them know about the issue at hand. The very next day they messaged me back to tell me that they put an update out and the issue is fixed. Well now the game works great and i have received amazing customer service! **Developer response:** Thank you very much for your help and 5 stars rating. Not like other idle games where all the units are separated, here we have a chain of connected units and those unit affect each other’s productivity. This unique concept make the game very challenging to blance the resource! I think this is one of the best idle games in a while. I know this is a good idle game because I am one of those people that goes through the App Store and gets all the idle games. Then I saw this game a preordered it a now I am playing it. It so unique compared to the others so colorful cheerful and more please if anybody reads this play the game. If you do not like it maybe go a little deeper into it. You actually might like it.
