To get to the next planet i have to delete the app (losing all progress) and start all over. Then when i make it to the next planet, when i complete 80% of the needed missions it happens again! I’ve reached out to the devs but no answer and i cant go to the website because it’s not a secure website and its too big of a risk just for a game that hasn’t been able to work properly. Honestly after this review im just gonna delete it and never play any game these devs have touched. Not worth the wasted time or effort ### 4/5 — Great game *2024-11-05* I do really enjoy this game, but I can’t upgrade to the next map. When I tap on the button nothing happens, and I can’t exit out of the menu or do anything else. I close out the app and try again, and it immediately has me go to the upgrade screen(sometimes I can collect oxygen, power, and money, but usually it just goes to the screen). The game is unplayable and has been since the latest update. ### 2/5 — Yet another cash grab *2024-09-28* While the game seems nice, something I might pay for. . . it has that tiresome ad watch / pay to win format that I refuse to support. Perhaps I’m just a PC gamer where I believe in paying for a title once & never seeing an ad . . . ever. I know that consumers drive the market & least in our family, we refuse to pay for titles that give progress for currency or time. Time is money . . . so when a title like this tells you that you get reward for “free”, and when you go to collect you’re expected to watch an advertisement; that tells me they value your time as being worth nothing. I’d much rather save all of my money for a game that values my time enough to consider it worth more than nothing. And value my money enough to exchange it for the time they spent developing their title. One thing for certain, at least for me, my money is on developers that don’t cash grab & aren’t about pay-to-win formats. Unfortunately, this isn’t one of those titles. That being said, if you do like that type of format, this title does seem to have a nice themed out level-clicker w/ ad bonuses. . . if that’s the type of game you believe we need more of, you might enjoy paying to progress here. I didn’t see forced ads, but I didn’t even stick around until they asked me to rate the first time, because I saw signs of the ad watch to advance type of game. It did seem pleasant, so I granted a 2nd star. ### 2/5 — Power Consumption Is Ruining The Game *2024-08-28* I love this game. I have already gotten to the last planet for now. HOWEVER. There is no way to gain enough power to power the whole ship. It doesn’t make sense. Ever bring else equals out other than power. You need to allow for an additional power modules per planet or cut down the power cost per all the modules. Or even lower the price to upgrade. It’s impossible. I’ve spent real money buying chests to up my scientists and even with everything I still can’t keep up with power and I’ve leveled them almost all the way. This is a reoccurring problem every planet. Please fix this. I love this game. ### 3/5 — Deleted save *2024-04-26* Hi, I started playing a while back and got some progress done. Had epic astronauts and was at like the third or fourth space station. At which point do you guys delete the saves? I stopped playing for a month or two, I come back and now I have to start all over again. I didn’t even offload the app either. It is Very discouraging to wanna keep playing your game if my progress will be wiped every time I take a break from the game. I played games I don’t touch for years and I come back and all my stuff is still there, even when offloaded. ### 3/5 — Enjoy the game but very buggy *2024-04-25* So they did an event recently and I can’t even upgrade anything at all. I started off being able to; but as soon as I started building the second mining module; it stopped working properly. It shows both building 1 & 2 as building 1. So I can’t assign any crew to the second module. And every other building when I click on it shows the buggy screen for mining module 1. The food module, the dormitories, the control center, and the power and oxygen modules all show when I click on it the screen for mining module 1. Then I went back to my normal world and it had started acting buggy. I would be upgrading a building there and it took my resources but next time I got in game the building would not be upgraded. The first time I thought weird must be going a bit cuckoo and tried again. Once I finished upgrading; I went to the event world and saw it was still buggy; so I exited event and my upgrades in regular world once again had reset. Other than this, I enjoy the game for what it is. I did find while experiencing the bugs that I couldn’t find a contact developer and have to leave this review to even attempt to leave any one a message of what is happening. Don’t like that either. And why it’s only getting three stars rather than 4 or 5 stars. Two big issues for me so two stars down, since I like the game otherwise. The extras advised with the update also haven’t come through. Now I’m stuck trying to get like 350g$ in order to move to the next planet or area. Takes way to long to get anything now without spending real world money. Probably just going to Delete and tell people that ask about it to pass. Super fun, not annoying with the adds. BUT, then, after an update (I think?) it reset all my progress. I was on my way to the third star system/station location… building up funds to unlock it. It’s pretty basic but moves relatively quickly. the problem is it is SUPER BUGGY. the adds that give you bonuses do not load, do not pay out, load to black, and you end up having to escape out and reload the game. the game also takes FOREVER to load. Also it rubbed me the wrong way that day 1 it was 30minutes of double money each ad you watched, and the next day it went down to 10minutes. so literally 3x as many ads to get to play, which I would be ok with if even half of them loaded correctly and paid out. Big thumbs down ### 1/5 — Bug preventing me from advancing in the game *2024-10-17* I just recently finished the Kentarion planet and I’m ready to advance to the Nebrix planet. I completed every mission goal so I have sufficient star dust and money, but when I try to advance my game freezes and it says it would cost 1.5 K to advance. I am locked in the transition and I can’t do anything else, even the events. I have tried to reach out to customer support in the past and never got a response. It’s a clear 1 star for me now, but would be a 4 or 5 star if this were to be fixed. ### 1/5 — Can’t play the game *2024-10-14* So, this is partly my fault. I accidentally didn’t collect the first titanium key, so I was unable to open the chest and move on beyond that stage. I opened a chest from the rewards menu that gave me two extra common/green space men, but bc I couldn’t progress, I decided to delete and reinstall the game. When I reinstalled the game, after creating a mining station, the first cash bonus was upgrading the center console, which was not yet completed bc I had only just built the mining station. When the hand hovered over the claim reward icon, because I had not upgraded the console, I could not collect the reward and could not progress through the game. I was unable to click on anything else, and stuck at that point. Hopefully the issue gets fixed so I can reinstall and play the game. ### 1/5 — Account lost *2024-05-12* Was a fun game but after not signing in for a few weeks, my account was reset and everything I paid for was deleted. They DO make sense. You have to keep an eye on people’s needs or the multiplier goes down if they’re not all full, and if one of your needs isn’t being filled very well then it will probably go down during their sleep period because it’s been too long since they had a small amount of that thing—for example, if your food isn’t filling enough, the food meter may go down while they’re sleeping because they get hungry again. I made it to the second planet, but I got stuck cause several of the missions bugged. Like, it wanted me to build bunks in dorm 2, but I had already built them all.
