However, it's essentially a pay-to-win game. While I don't mind supporting developers, spending hundreds of dollars should come with some support for constant in-game bugs and issues with in-app purchases. Unfortunately, after facing problems and attempting a chargeback due to unfulfilled purchases, my account was banned over a $1.99 dispute. Despite spending a significant amount on the game, the lack of support and the ban due to their negligence were frustrating. Support, both in-game and on Discord, is virtually nonexistent. I suggest playing the game for fun but refraining from spending any money, as support is unreliable. They’ll slowly add stuff pretending like it’s the cream of the crop until finally beginning to merge your server with older servers, thereby mixing F2P players in with more whales than they’ve ever seen. Don’t waste your time with this game; by the time they let you realize how far behind you are, you’ve already wasted weeks. From the response they gave to it, it seems they want them to switch the reward they were given just because they have spent money on the game. What a rude individual I just wanna defend the support team and say they clearly respond to most reviews and they’re always quite helpful WITH THINGS WITHIN THEIR CAPABILITY. There is no reason for a support team to pretend they can’t do something they’re literally working just like anyone else works and that can sometimes be the whole job so why would they waste their own time?
