This software no longer works with the last update. The video only feels 1/4 of the frame. This needs to be updated. It would also be very useful if I could have all of my favorites open at the same time rather than just showing a list of the favorites and I have to open each camera one at a time. ### 2/5 — Lack of instructions *2014-09-13, version 1.20.001* Finally figured out how to install, but still cannot figure how to save through the app a segment of video/audio for reviewing later. Would like to be able to set a start point and end point, save it as a mpg or some video file format that can be reviewed later with staff. My other issue with this software is that I cannot fast forward through video. Other software I have used had like a 2X, 4X, 8X, 16X, 32X speeds to where you could quickly go through a days recording to find instances that need closer review. There is no way to do that with this software except to use the slide bar which is very crude to use. Unless I'm missing something. If you can help me out with these issues I'll change my review.
