Jedes mal kam erst ein „move closer“ und dann ein ein „try again“ (weil -Überraschung- ein Foto bei 15 cm Abstand vom Gesicht nicht scharf fokussiert sein kann). Und ich habe schon mehrere andere Identifikationsapps genutzt, weiß also an sich, wie es geht. Resultat: die App hat meinen Perso fotografiert und Persodaten ausgelesen, die irgendwo gespeichert sind und deren Löschung man nirgends in der App vornehmen kann, aber die Identifikation klappt nicht. Danke für Nichts. ### 1/5 — Abbuchung hat funktioniert Rest aber nicht *2025-10-26, version 5.15.0* Mehrfach versucht, 1 Cent wurde abgebucht, aber Identifikation fehlgeschlagen. Ausweis falsch gewackelt, die Info kam hinterher per Mail. Die App ist nicht in der Lage, das währen des Prozesses zu erkennen. Dann kann man die gleiche Id verwenden um „fehlende“ Daten nachzureichen. Aber man muss hier komplett alles nochmal durchlaufen. Jetzt funktioniert aber der Schritt mit der Abbuchung Teil 2 nicht mehr. Schade, nachdem Die Video Ident IDnow App schon nicht funktioniert hatte, werde ich dann doch in die Filiale müssen. Tried it on another device which couldn’t recognise a UK passport and then demanded NFC to be opened when I indicated it was a UK passport. An hour later I gave up and I’ll show my passport and my agent in person. Ich habe es sechsmal probiert, jedes Mal in anderen Lichtverhältnissen und Sitz bzw. Stehpositionen. Jedes Mal hieß es dass man es nochmal machen muss. Extrem nervig. Jetzt versuche ich es schon wieder ewig, aber jetzt kommt Fehler e103. Nichts geht mehr, weder auf den PC noch auf dem Smartphone. App neu installiert, nichts. PC Verlauf gelöscht, nichts.
