Choose from fully automated and expert-assisted identity proofing  to securely verify your identity and use our electronic signature service to digitally sign contacts. .  To use IDnow solutions, all you need is your smartphone, a stable internet connection and your valid identity document -- we’ll take care of the rest.

Our fully automated offering uses the power of AI to let you quickly, easily and securely identify yourself – wherever, whenever – in j minutes.  Note that when choosing to verify your identity with a German electronic ID card, your smartphone must be NFC-enabled. With expert-assisted identity verification, an expert will guide you through the process of verifying your identity over video.
Using electronic document signing you can also sign contracts electronically, using automated and expert-assisted identity verification.
Whichever method you choose, you can wave goodbye to long onboarding processes that require time and effort. Rest assured that personal data is only collected with user consent and is handled according to requirements under national AML law, in addition to data privacy law under the GDPR.
All IDnow identification processes meet Know Your Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) compliance requirements across independent member states at globally technically recognised ETSI and ISO standards. IDnow products are certified at national levels and at the EU level in accordance with the eIDAS Regulation and regularly audited to ensure the highest security standards.
