We have the best rates in regards to having an actual dermatologist look at your case. We have a free option which is our artificial intelligence, but that is on our website. I have heard nothing from them and it has been three days now. ### 2/5 — Very unlikely that real doctors are using this *2019-08-14* They responded within the 48 time frame but the diagnosis was completely wrong after consulting a real dermatologist. **Developer response:** Hi Thanks for your feedback. In many cases it can be difficult to view exactly what it is if the image is not good or there is not a suffient description.
