That said, my phone died and US versions of this game are unobtainable in the App Store. The customer service is an AI interface. Issues are forwarded to developers for resolution which means you MAY see resolution soon, but likely none at all. As I am unable to link this version to the previous US iOS version, I will lose a fantastic account, with a year of TLC, investment and effort. Before you get invested fiscally and mentally in this game, keep in this in mind, issue resolution is poor at best and the only interface between A3games and their users are an AI bot with no ability to resolve issues. Das Spiel hat viele Bugs und wirft einen oft aus dem Spiel besonder Bein Fan Meeting (FM) oder Radio Battle (RB). 2. Punkt Es fehlt ein Richtiges MMR System was P2P und F2P Spieler trennt auch wenn man in der Gruppe ist. 3. Gruppen wie TVIP, WDP sind Käufer und angeber zumal das 873F Cheater sind. Macht es einem F2P Spieler extrem schwer hoch zu kommen. 4. Die Aggressive Werbung MUSS KAUFEN ist eine Frechheit. Zu mal es ab 16 ist und ihr somit Kindern das Geld aus der Tasche zieht was moralisch und Inkompetenz ist und somit strafbar macht dies sollte sofort entfernt werden. 5. Es ist extrem schwer SSR Mädchen zu verbessern da man schlecht oder nur sehr wenig von den Fotos bekommt. 6. Die Pässe bekommt mal als F2P Spieler sehr wenig außer man zahlt 22,99€ was schon in Richtung abzocke geht. 7. Den Kern vom Auto auf Level 60 ist gut willst du aber höher kommen muss man zahlen. 7.A Die Tickets von T1 bis T5 Geld zu verlangen ist unmoralisch nicht korrekt ändert das. 7.B Die Villa Bereich Hauswirtschaft bekommen wie das Museum nur auf 60 dann bist du gezwungen zu zahlen. 8. Es wird kostenlos zum herunterladen angeboten ist super aber ab einem bestimmten Level der Mädchen ist es sehr schwer sie hoch zu bekommen. Und die Koch Zeiten bei bestimmten Stufen über 1 Stunde. Diese Punkte ändert es dringend dann hören auch nicht alle auf zu spielen. ### 1/5 — Lost 9 month character *2026-01-17* I tried to log into this game using the same email that I used in Top Girl and it does not allow me to switch to a character that I spent months building. The game glitches repeatedly. It lags and causes issues to the players. When glitches occur that cost players significant assets, the developers response is “send us a video of what happened”. Who records every minute of every game that they play? No meaningful compensation is ever offered and no meaningful consideration of rectifying the issues. The same issues have existed for the last year. The only reason I still play is because of the friends that I have made. Don’t start playing it and you will save yourself considerable heartache and frustration ### 4/5 — Suggestions *2026-01-03* those ai videos that play during the CDs? I would suggest making the “style” to be the same as the models, which is painterly. Those girls depicted in the ai videos do not look like the models at all in both facial features or style. Ai is fine as a tool, but the output should be consistent with the rest of the game. Server vs Server is a normal recurring phase where you’re sent to another server for a few hours to capture towers — it’s a core part of the game, not some rare edge case. While in that phase, I purchased an event pack ($9.99 / 999 CEO points). The pack itself delivered fine — but it generated no cheers and no recharge credit toward the event I bought it for, because purchases made during Server vs Server apparently don’t count toward your home server’s events. This is never disclosed anywhere in the shop, the event rules, or the purchase flow — despite Server vs Server being something every player goes through regularly. Because the credit never arrived, I missed the entire bidding window for a time-limited event tied to that purchase — a loss that can’t be undone. Support took close to a week to respond. The first “verification” I received misidentified the item I’d purchased entirely. After I pushed back with evidence, they eventually confirmed the Server vs Server exclusion is standard behavior — then refused any compensation, calling it normal procedure. If you play through Server vs Server, know that your purchases may silently not count toward the events you’re buying them for, and the company will not make it right when that happens. **Developer response:** Hi Ironman489, sorry for the frustrating experience. It use to be equally balanced for p2w and f2p but with their newest update of removing the in game diamonds rewards for concerts and rallies , their core buying system, by “optimizing” which has done the opposite, many players are going to leave I already know of 4 friends planing on leaving if it remains this way as it makes it impossible to do anything and makes coming onto the game pointless. Whales control who wins. If you want to win, be lucky to have whales in your server. Be ready to spend thousands to remain relevant in the game. Anytime new content is added, it’s guaranteed to come with bugs. The devs do take suggestions but unless it helps them earn cash, the suggestions usually go ignored. The devs don’t enforce their own rules regarding selling or using shared accounts. As long as they continue to make money, nothing changes. The devs have been known to modify or remove content without notice. An example was the Corporate Acquisition event. Several spent the $19.99 and then spent a week or two fighting the devs for a refund. Each event has the free rewards but you must buy the add-on to get the better rewards. Everything is locked behind spending money. Overall, the major event is Abroad Adventures. Aside from some rule differences, the game becomes repetitive. The best thing the devs did was add the Radio Tower. That lets players go and attack with no repercussions because no fans are lost. It occurs once a week. **Developer response:** Hi HuhCat210! I have a lv71 and I got there just playing the game and joining a casual growing company like SLT. I guess some have to be the best but I just enjoy the experience and do my best. The devs do take suggestions but unless it helps them earn cash, the suggestions usually go ignored. If you want to win, be lucky to have whales in your server. If not, use group coins for migration tickets in the group shop to migrate to a strong server.
