Idolka – your guide to transportation in the Liberec Region.
It finds the fastest connection based on your location, shows contact points and parking lots, and provides information about service disruptions, closures, and changes.
You can buy single tickets as well as time and network coupons (valid for 7–366 days) in the app.
Payment is easy – with a saved payment card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.

Zakoupila jsem si jízdenku s aktivací Ihned. Jízdenka se zobrazovala jako neaktivní. Ruční aktivace nešla, objevovala se hláška Nelze aktivovat. Zakoupila jsem druhou a stejný problém. Nakonec jsem musela koupit jízdenku na webu ČD, abych nedostala pokutu. Možnost vrácení jízdenky a peněz samozřejmě nikde není. Dnešní jízda se fakt vyplatila. Děkuji pěkně, příští týden nakoupím zas.

Pri prilozeni QR kodu se spousti Apple Pay. Zrejme souvisi umistenim ctecky hned pod platebni misto.

Od posledního updatu se mi neobjevuje QR kód, a když ano, tak jen po asi 30 restartování aplikace a jen do doby než je čas na refresh. Pak zase zmizí.

I po aktualizaci někde v prosinci 2025 stále špatné. Lístek trvá zakoupit cca 3 minuty. Neustále hlásí bez internetu i když mám wifi i data. Padá, trvá přihlášení. Někdy lístek zmizí a pak naskočí. Kontrolu to samozřejmě nezajímá, je to aplikace třetí strany.

V iPhone to je doba než se vůbec přepnu na koupený jízdenky. Furt to mrzne. Trapný
Update: po nasazení nové verze je přepínání mezi jízdenkou lepší. Stejně tam jsou ale věci, který fakt naštvou kor v těchto mrazech.  Když necháš otevřený vyhledaný spojení dele, tak po jeho aktualizaci se to zasekne a nejde rolovat na další. Je třeba zavřít to vyhledávání. 
Když ma bus zpoždění i 10 min. Po té době, kdy měl přijet už se ve vyhledávání nezobrazí, ale mohl/měl by. Další věc, ze pořad ma spoj zpoždění a pak prostě stejně nepřijede a jede až ten další. Kam se vypařil? Viz linka 141 JBC - Lbc. Diky

Nova veze sice vypada na oko hezky, ale nakup listku je noční můra. Neprehledne, matouci, a kdyz nahodou chcete listek Liberec+Jablonec tak to zapomente. Vlastni platba za listek je taky lahoda, do posledni chvile nevite jestli se vam listek koupil nebo ne, listek se vam objevi az s velkym zpozdenim po aktualizaci swipem dolu. A kdyz nahodou zavrete telefon v prubehu tak se platba prerusi.

Proč už nejde lístek koupený na pozdější čas aktivovat okamžitě? Koupené lístky se po aktualizaci nezobrazují okamžitě. Už se mi dvakrát stalo, že lístek jsem koupila dvojmo. Např. mi to napsalo, že nákup se nezdařil, ale ve skutečnosti se strhly peníze a já zbytečně rychle kupovala další lístek. Bohužel lístek nejde vystornovat, i když ještě není platný.
