Spend $500 for a dev to work on this app for like 8 hours. Seriously, the bar is so low. This app is dog crap, it crashes constantly, has a garbage UI, especially for modern phones that don’t have a 16:9 aspect ratio

It’s not hard. I’ll pay for someone to do it for you. This app should be a crime.

I am unable to use the function under identity protection > “monitoring benefits, credit report and score”. It is hidden behind the banner. I can pull down and see it but can’t tap it since it automatically scrolls back up and hides again one I release.

From the white font on white background, not properly sized for larger iPhones, and overall lack of content, this is a fairly useless app.

Horribly slow and crashes often. One time I did get in the formatting is so wonky I couldn’t read on my iPhone X. Skip app and use desktop version.

My IPhone 8 says I have the app installed, when I search for app and press icon it says... This app is no longer shared with you. You must buy it from the App Store. Then when I go to App Store it says I already own. When I try to open the cycle starts all over again.

Seriously, you're really gonna ask for user ID, security question & password every time I want to login to see a FICO Score & Credit report?? Seriously.?!  Have you heard of Touch-ID for the iPhone?? Not worth the D/L.

Get motivation and updates of when your credit has been utilized. Great in having total access on your finger tips. And also a lot less expensive then other L-lock. With credit protection, protecting you and your family it essential. Great value for the cost to have and protecting what most important.

I have tried to use the app for almost a week now. When I try to sign on, I continue to get a "Network error, try again at a later time" message after putting my password in. I don't have any problems signing on when I go on through the internet, just the app.

Not much value in having the app. Doesn't really do anything and I still have to go to the website (not mobile friendly) to run a new credit report. I get alerts via email, so what's the purpose of an app that really just shows you the last score you ran and lists the alerts... ??
