I paid for a week thinking i would be able to cancel my subscription anytime but there’s no option for you to be able to cancel the subscription on your own terms. On the app it clearly says cancel at anytime but that isn’t so. Do not fall for it I wish I had read the reviews before subscribing. While going about it i got charged with another transaction. I got charged with a year subscription while still on weekly subscription. I contacted them customer support that i dont wish to be subscribe to their services but they will not refund the additional yearly subscription. ### 1/5 — Scam! *2026-08-22, version 1.34.0* In terms of content, many of the stories (even the exact words) were the same. They make it impossible to unsubscribe. Contrary to their instructions, their app does not appear under Apple subscriptions. You also do not have the option under settings as they noted. I had to request help and a new button magically appeared to unsubscribe. This app and its customer service is appalling. I should have read the reviews before even downloading it but stupid me thinking it was like every other drama app that lets you subscribe and then lets you cancel the subscription whenever you don’t want it anymore, but no not this app, they tell you multiple ways to cancel so you go try to do that but the app doesn’t show up under your active subscriptions so how are you meant to cancel it then. Especially as there is no way to cancel on the actual app which is just wrong. They are basically scamming people out of their money and won’t do anything to help even if you reach out by email, it takes 3 days for a reply. That is if they do reply and then they keep saying to go onto the app and use the feedback section even though you’ve already tried that and only get automated responses. Don’t waste your time on even watching the dramas as they’re basically the same as on most of the other apps which are way better and have better customer support. If they don’t resolve it I’m taking it further as it’s not just me this has happened too. Appalling service and also the VIP upgrades are marked at one price and then deducted for an annual payment. The AI stories are poor, repetitive and poorly narrated.
