However, since I got a separate company phone, the necessity to log out each time I need to use the app on the other device is very inconvenient. When I travel for business, I need to be logged in on company phone, to easily download/store tickets in pdf for reconciliation, while for private travels I prefer to use my personal phone and not to take 2 devices with me. ### 3/5 — Bug vo vyhľadávaní obľúbených trás *2023-11-11, version 2.4.4* Zdravim, Na iphone 13 pro 256gb (iOS 17.1) nejde vyhľadávať trasu skrz obľúbené. Po zakliknuti trasy je vysledok vyhľadávania úplne iná trasa inak appka je super, user-friendly. Cant buy Tickets if you are in a hurry because its loading non stop and thus makes you use other forms of payment for travel. So what is the purpose of having credit in the app if you have to Pay differently anyway? I deleted the app and redownloaded in order to try and fix the error. the app doesnt offer suggestion of credentail from Keychain. Then I couldn’t log in because I was supposedly logged in on another device. All while my fingers were freezing at a bus stop. Terrible UX, useless security features (it’s not a mobile banking app!!!). ### 1/5 — Does not accept payments *2022-12-13, version 2.3.2* Nemôžem si kúpiť lístky v aplikácii, pretože neprijíma platby zahraničnou bankou ani kreditnú kartu. aký je zmysel bezkontaktného nákupu, ak nie sú akceptované platby? Platby v miestnej banke neprechádzajú ani po samostatnom schválení v bankovej aplikácii. Hrozná aplikácia! I cannot purchase tickets in the app because it does not accept foreigner bank payment or credit card. What is the point of contactless purchase if the payments are not accepted? Niekedy s nejakoho dôvodu skener nemôže načítať lístok. Píše opakovane nacitany lístok. Už nie jeden krát som platila vodičovi kvôli tomu. Aky je tady zmysel v električenke? Po obnoveni a opatovnej aktivacii sa platba realizovala 2x. Cize som zaplatil 2 sumy za 1 listok.
