Der Ticketbestellprozess ist eine Katastrophe, besonders wenn man nicht ausschließlich für sich selbst bestellt. Es werden extrem viele mandatorische Daten über den Besucher abgefragt. Typisch Made in germany. ### 1/5 — Kommt noch eine Version die auch funktioniert? *2023-03-17* auf dem ipad nicht lauffähig, auf dem iphone eine zumutung. wars das schon? ### 1/5 — Einfach schlecht! *2023-03-15, version 2023.1.5* Tickets können nicht eingelöst werden, anonymer Zugang funktioniert nicht… ### 1/5 — Zumutung - einfach nur peinlich! *2023-03-14* Der mehrfache Versuch den Gutschein-Code einzugeben scheitert daran, dass die Weiterleitung auf die WebSite ins Leere läuft. Wenn die IDS Veranstalter nicht in der Lage sind „Digital“ umzusetzen, dann doch besser die einfach zu benutzenden Papier-Tickets verwenden. Als Kunde ist man nur frustriert und das Image der IDS als führende Messe sinkt schon vor dem Messebesuch ins bodenlose. ### 1/5 — Sehr demotivierend *2023-03-13* soeben habe ich meine Anmeldung zur IDS vervollständigt, was mich zu dieser email motiviert. Vor einigen Jahren gab es einfach ein Ticket aus Papier für die Messe, was toll war. Dann gab es, wenn ich mich recht entsinne, einen QR-Code per Mail, was ebenfalls toll war. Aber was ist nun passiert? Wir haben online Tickets für die ganze Praxis bestellt und bezahlt und erhielten per Mail einen Gutschein. Dieser Gutschein ist dann nur in der IDS-App einzulösen, die man vorher gezwungen ist, auf seinem Smartphone zu installieren, was angesichts der Bewertung mit 1,5 Sternen im App-Store mit einem unguten Gefühl einher geht. Erstaunlicherweise muss man sich aber erst noch einmal manuell und ausführlich registrieren, obwohl doch schon ausreichend Daten bei der Bestellung an Sie gegangen sein müssen und es fällt mir schwer zu verstehen, wieso die Daten nicht eindeutig und sicher mit dem kryptischen Code in der Gutschein-Mail verknüpft werden konnten. Stichwort Digitalisierung und Vernetzung. Aber gut. Allerdings musste diese Registrierung dann auch noch mal per Email verifiziert werden. Während der Prozedur muss dann auch noch mehrfach irgendwelchen Datenschutzbestimmungen und Geschäftsbedingungen zugestimmt werden. Glauben Sie, außer dem Autor dieser Bestimmungen liest die irgendwer? Vermutlich hat das mit irgendwelchen EU-Regelungen zu tun, sei’s drum. Gegen Ende der Prozedur kommt dann anstatt einer Meldung „Hurra! Sie haben es geschafft!“ ein Fenster mit dem sinngemäßen Wortlaut „Sie sind dabei, die IDS App zu verlassen“ mit den Optionen „Weiter“ und „Abbrechen“, aber ein Hinweis, ob die Bestellung, Registrierung, Verifizierung, Anmeldung und meinetwegen Aktivierung des Tickets damit nun erfolgreich abgeschlossen war, hat sich zumindest mir nicht offensichtlich erschlossen. Selbst mein Kollege und Bruder, der die Prozedur bereits hinter sich hat, war nicht in der Lage, mich da durch zu lotsen, ohne sich mehrfach zu verfahren. Ich verstehe ja, das alle Welt darauf aus ist, ostentativ darauf hinzuweisen, wie toll digital man unterwegs ist. Aber die Anmeldung zur IDS war das Umständlichste und Unübersichtlichste, was mir seit langer Zeit untergekommen ist. Franz Kafka hätte seine Freude gehabt. Die Digitalisierung hat doch auch die Zielsetzung, administrative Vorgänge einfach und komfortabel zu gestalten und wir haben doch schon eine weitreichende Vernetzung, die das ermöglicht. Die Anmeldeprozedur bei der IDS-App dagegen war eine Art Hürdenlauf durch den Dschungel und man kam auch noch mehrfach am gleichen Baum vorbei. Was soll das denn? Herrgott, ich will zur Messe fahren und mir ansehen, wie toll der Cerec Scanner funktioniert und in welchen herrlichen neuen Farben und exotischen Geschmacksrichtungen irgendwelche Abformmaterialien erhältlich sind. Ich sage Ihnen, wie es ist. Diese umständliche Prozedur mit der halbgaren IDS-App, hat mich sauer gemacht. Den 1,5 Sternen im App Store nach zu urteilen, bin ich auch nicht der einzige. Wäre der Tag in unserem Bestellbuch nicht geblockt und würden sich unsere Helferinnen nicht so auf den gemeinsamen Ausflug freuen, würde ich nicht hinfahren. Sollten sich beim Eintritt nächste Woche irgendwelche Probleme ergeben oder sollte ich mich ein weiteres Mal irgendwo registrieren müssen, werden wir auf den Besuch der Messe verzichten und uns statt dessen einen schönen Tag in Köln machen. Es wird dann auch gleichzeitig unser letzter Besuch auf der IDS überhaupt gewesen sein. Ich rate Ihnen dringend, daran zu arbeiten, denn wenn selbst schon solche Nebensächlichkeiten wie ein Ticketkauf zu so einem Spießrutenlauf geraten, dann spricht das nicht für gute Organisation und macht selbst so ein Highlight wie die IDS unattraktiv. ### 1/5 — Auf dem IPad ist beim Startbildschirm Schluss… *2023-03-13* Schade, ich würde die App gerne auf meinem IPAd Pro nutzen. Nur ist hier beim Startbildschirm Schluss. Ich kann auf der Schaltfläche am unteren Bildschirmrand nicht zustimmen, weder per Touch noch per Stift. Das soll bestimmt nicht so sein. ### 1/5 — Katastrophe *2023-03-13* Wenn ich dort nicht zugesagt hätte ein Referat zu halten würde ich bei so einem unterirdisch miesen Anmeldevorgang einfach nicht hingefahren.
